Park View at Oak Crest recently hosted their annual holiday party. The festivities began with a delicious luncheon, catered by Franconia Heritage. The menu featured roast beef, turkey, chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes, green beans, and the famous carrots that the residents couldn't get enough of.
About 64 residents attended the event. Later in the evening, about 30 residents returned to the community room to enjoy the sounds of DJ Gerry Kelly Jr. The party was in full swing, with residents dancing the night away with Property Manager Talonda Cain and Resident Service Coordinator Karen Cassel.
A big thank you to Talonda Cain, Karen Cassel, and all those who contributed to a special holiday event. What a great way for the residents to get into the holiday spirit and enjoy each other's company.

The holiday season is a time to come together and celebrate with loved ones, and that's exactly what the residents of Park View at Catonsville did at their recent holiday party.
About 55 residents attended the event.
The festivities were held in the community room, which was festively decorated with holiday decorations. The room was filled with excitement and joy as residents mingled, chatted, and enjoyed the company of one another. Residents exchanged gifts and prizes during a gift-giving ceremony, which was the highlight of the event.
Residents also enjoyed delicious holiday favorites catered by 3PhatGuys, including roasted turkey and mashed potatoes.
A big thank you to Resident Services Manager Kellie Thomas and all the office team members involved in organizing Park View at Catonsville's Holiday Party. What a fantastic event that will be remembered fondly by all who attended.

York Commons recently held its very first holiday brunch at Park View at Tyler Run and Park View at Manchester Heights, bringing holiday cheer to the York, PA area properties. York Commons Site Management, Resident Services, Regional Management and Maintenance team all worked together to make the festive event possible and served delicious food prepared by the team members themselves.
The brunch was just the beginning of the celebration as York Commons also hosted its first after-school and work holiday event, which included food from Chic Fil La and Misson BBQ. Attendees also won prizes and got to meet the Resident Services Gingerbread Girl!
The holiday brunch at York Commons was a true team effort, with everyone playing a role in creating an unforgettable experience for the residents. Kudos to all the teams involved for contributing to this heartwarming event and making the residents happy. It was a great success and a wonderful way to spread holiday cheer and create a sense of community.

As the holiday season drew near, Park View at Coldspring hosted an ugly sweater holiday party. The event was filled with fun activities such as an ugly sweater contest, raffles, bingo, "Family Feud" and a "The Price is Right" game, where residents guessed the cost of items back in 1963 and named celebrities from that period.
The management team provided residents with a delicious spread of fried chicken, mac and cheese, meatballs and cabbage. The apple cobbler and the ugly sweater cupcakes were a crowd hit.
What made the party even more special was the fact that everyone left with a gift including a vacuum cleaner, air fryer, massager, waffle maker and ice coffee maker.
Kudos to the Resident Services Manager Kellie Thomas for coming out to support and help management serve food and assist with the activities. Overall, it was a great party that brought together the community in a fun and festive way.

]]>With the air smelling like chocolate, peanut butter and cinnamon, 
Westminster Overlook residents feasted on freshly baked cookies for their annual cookie and dip holiday celebration.
Assistant Property Manager Deb Odachowski made peanut butter blossom cookies and taco salad. Resident Services Coordinator Kathy Craig made snicker doodles and meatballs.
Property Manager Shirley Hillman made chocolate chip cookies and sausage dip. Hillman mentioned they look forward to the community's weekly planned activities and leave with full stomachs and full hearts.
"The residents so much enjoy the gathering and goodies. Many of them do not bake or cook any longer, so this turns out to be a real treat for them," said Hillman.
To celebrate National Pajama Day, on November 20, residents and staff of Cove Point I & II and Park View at Dundalk dressed in their comfiest and coziest pjs! Residents were treated to coffee and donuts while wearing Minnie Mouse, Ravens and winter-themed pajamas.

The holiday season is a time for spreading joy, warmth, and cheer among friends, family, and loved ones. This week, The Greens at English Consul hosted their annual tree decoration event to celebrate the festive season and bring residents together. About 15 residents participated in this event, making it a huge success.
This year's event held great significance for the residents as they were uncertain if it would continue in the absence of Property Manager Janelle Dow-Summers. However, the management team ensured that the tradition was carried on, and the residents felt seen and appreciated as they expressed their gratitude for the event.
The event was held in the community room and lobby area, where residents gathered to decorate the building and the holiday tree. The community management team incorporated the ornament decoration into the event, making it more fun and interactive. The residents enjoyed the event with cookies, drinks, and holiday music, and that was evident from their cheerful faces and happy smiles.
The event was a huge success, and the residents enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a reminder that even during challenging times, we can still come together and spread joy and happiness.
Special thanks to Greens at English Consul's management team for making this event happen! It was an excellent example of how a community can come together to celebrate the holiday season and create a sense of belonging.
