$\"\"$ Park View at Coldspring Property Manager Monique Oden coordinated a much-anticipated quarterly resident meeting on November 8, 2023. Oden has been organizing these meetings for quite a while, and they are always well-attended by residents. <\/p>\n

Oden shared with residents information about changes, programs, incentives and other important topics related to the community. As always, the turnout was excellent, with residents filling up the community room and even overflowing into the adjacent space. <\/p>\n

Oden invited the state attorney’s office to talk with residents about a program called the Older and Disabled Persons Unit (ODPU). The program offers support to older adults and people with disabilities who've been victims or witnesses of crimes. The goal is to build a stronger relationship with the most vulnerable members of the community. <\/p>\n

During the meeting, one of the residents expressed their appreciation for the hard work done by Oden at the property team. The moment was touching, and it was clear that Oden had won the hearts of her residents. <\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, a raffle was held, and surprisingly, the same resident who had expressed appreciation earlier was the winner. The prize bag was filled with various items donated by one of the community’s vendors specifically for the occasion. <\/p>\n

The quarterly resident meeting was a huge success, leaving residents feeling informed, appreciated, and inspired. We extend our special thanks to Property Manager Monique Oden for coordinating another fantastic opportunity for residents to engage and connect at Park View at Coldspring. <\/p>\n
