Resident Services<\/a> pillar Enterprise Healthy Eats aims to provide healthy food as well as access to health and nutritional resources. To promote the pillar, Westminster Overlook<\/a> residents partook in two different programs organized in partnership with the site team to inform residents of the importance of eating healthy meals. <\/p>\n

Earlier in the month, Meals on Wheels<\/a><\/a> visited the community to share a presentation on eating healthy, well-balanced meals and provided the residents with a meal of their own consisting of fruit, vegetables and a meat of choice. <\/p>\n

Last week, The Salvation Army<\/a><\/a> stopped by the community to drop off fresh fruits and vegetables for residents to take home and cook. The Salvation Army<\/a><\/a> distributed carrots, potatoes, kale, onions and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. <\/p>\n

Special thank you to both Meals on Wheels<\/a> and The Salvation Army<\/a> for visiting Westminster Overlook<\/a> to provide education, resources and fresh produce to community residents! <\/p>\n
