June's REACH Resident Resources encompassed ‘Nurturing Health, Mind and Body.’ During the month, residents were encouraged to participate in activities such as swimming or taking a brisk walk for the body and mindfulness and meditation for the mind.  <\/p>\n

Did you know that coloring can relieve stress and be very therapeutic for all ages? About 15 Park View at Randallstown<\/a> residents brought their best artistic skills to the community's mindful coloring event. <\/p>\n

With coloring pages, markers and colored pencils provided by Resident Services<\/a>, residents took the opportunity to de-stress by sitting quietly and coloring. They enjoyed light refreshments including chips, pretzels, cookies, granola bars, soda and water.  <\/p>\n
