Enterprise Residential's Annual Associate Training at Ellicott City's Turf Valley Resort brought together the Residential team for the first time in while. Throughout the sessions of the day, conversations and smiles alike showed each associates' excitement to see their fellow co-workers!

\nLeadership team members that spoke during the training included Enterprise Community Development President Brian McLaughlin, Enterprise Residential President Gayle Filo, and Vice President of Resident Services Nii Sowah. Director of Engineering Walter Neighoff's game, Being Safe Is Right, kicked off the day, with scratch-offs as the winning prize for a correct multiple choice answer.

\nGuest speakers included Alison Walker, MSW, LICSW, CPT from Fit2Balance, LLC with a talk about practices pertaining to trauma-informed care, and Niki Campbell from The Flourish Group LLC, who spoke about the importance of mental and physical health.

\nAfternoon breakout sessions featured fitness and wellness professional Lesley Smith, Certified Lifestyle Medicine professional Suzanne Stringer, and yoga instructor Stacee Johnson of StaCentered Yoga, each with short presentations on balancing and emphasizing leading healthy lifestyles.<\/p>\n
