Edgewood Commons, a thriving community in Washington D.C., successfully hosted its first quarterly residents meeting. The meeting was organized by the Property Managers of each Edgewood property, Ethel Couser, Kim Jones, and Assistant Property Manager Marquetta Nesbitt, along with the Residents Services Manager, Chona Bravante. 
The meeting had an impressive turnout with around 40–50 residents, supporters, and partners attending the meeting to discuss community updates and concerns.
The meeting was informative and well-organized. The partners welcomed the residents and updates were given by various organizations including Edgewood Collaborative, Beacon House, NIH, Ward 5 Violence Prevention Network, Ounce of Care, and Enterprise Workforce Development. Rob Mazzuca also updated the residents on the security measures in place.
One of the most interesting updates presented at the meeting was the Solar Program, which provides affordable solar energy for residents. The program was presented by John Fox, who gave detailed information about the program's benefits and how it works.
Kerina Spencer and the Bozzuto Development Team provided updates on the Edgewood IV Renovation and Edgewood V Updates. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session, where residents had the opportunity to ask questions and get answers from the team.
Overall, the meeting was a great success. The Edgewood Commons team nailed their first resident meeting. Kudos to everyone who participated and assisted in coordinating this meeting!
