Resident Services pillar Enterprise Healthy Eats aims to provide 
healthy food as well as access to health and nutritional resources. To incorporate the pillar into one of their weekly gatherings, Park View at Coldspring held a salad social with 20 residents in attendance.
Residents created their own salads with delicious and healthy toppings, including carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, raisins, apples, strawberries and a number of other fruits and vegetables. To top off their salads, they were able to select from thousand island, honey mustard and ranch dressings.
During the social, residents enjoyed bingo for jewelry that Property 
Manager Monique Oden donated as prizes. They even had the opportunity to team up in groups of four to play Wheel of Fortune.
"They had a blast working together to solve the puzzles. Another successful event at the property!" exclaimed Oden.
