Our Resident Services managers always take the time to visit communities and present residents with necessary information and upcoming events. Recently, Resident Services Manager Lakeshia Pinder-Jackson held a quarterly Resident Services meeting at College Parkway Place located in Annapolis.
Pinder-Jackson handed out community and local resources for them to utilize while they followed along with a PowerPoint presentation. Snacks including chips, cookies and waters were provided by the College Parkway Place team.
"I put together a slideshow with hot topics in the community. Residents were able to ask questions and get clarity about recertifications, house rules and the upcoming renovation. We look forward to having several more meetings and fun-filled events," expressed Property Manager Montieray Johnson.
