Resident Appreciation Week has been filled with joy, laughter and well-thought 
gestures to show residents that their site teams are thankful for them. Columbia community Sierra Woods held a special celebration for residents who had a birthday during the month of February, an exciting event to start the week.
As residents entered the community room, they were greeted with pizza, cake, cupcakes, balloons and colorful “Happy Birthday” banner. For residents celebrating during the month, their names were put into a raffle to win special prizes. Three lucky residents won gifts and were ecstatic to take photos in front of the banner!
