Police appreciation week was from May 15 – 21 and on Thursday, May 1
9, Allendale apartments celebrated by inviting local officers to the community for treats and giftbags! The staff visited their local police precinct in Baltimore to inform officers that they were invited to stop by the community for food and complimentary gifts throughout the day.
Residents and staff provided donuts, cups of fresh fruit, coffee, sodas and a variety of loaf cakes to officers as the stopped by the community. Allendale residents were a tremendous help through the day and kept plates full and a greeted over 20 officers. The officers were gifted bags with a gift card for fast food restaurant, a police prayer coin, and small bottle of hand sanitizer.
