Residents of Westminster Overlook, a senior community located in Westminster, Md., were treated to endless engaging activities during the month of June! These events included a therapy pet visit, chair exercising workshop and personal safety meeting. Each event created an environment where participants left feeling informed and knowledgeable about their well-being.
Residents are updated on upcoming events through the community newsletter and monthly calendar. The events include Wii Bowling, chair exercises, K-Pet therapy, birthday party, blood pressure screening and health presentations. Many residents are regular attendees of events such as K-Pet therapy. This event is held on a monthly basis at Westminster Overlook and has been a tradition for over 10 years. Residents have also become great friends with 
volunteers of the event!
