Meadowbrook Run has provided great homes in a great location for many residents for many years. However, there are some issues with the apartments that are difficult to overcome such as energy inefficiency, aging buildings and limited community amenities. Because of these reasons, Enterprise Community Development (ECD) has determined that the best course of action for the long-term prosperity of Meadowbrook Run and its residents is a redevelopment of the community.
