As our residents celebrated Halloween and participated in fun activities to wrap up October, we love to share their community events!
For Halloween, Greens at English Consul residents played spooky bingo to celebrate Halloween! Prizes included socks, snacks and a variety of laundry supplies; everyone that participated was given candy!
Park View at Oak Crest residents enjoyed their Halloween costume party and pumpkin decorating! About 40 residents were in attendance, with 22 dressed in costume! Halloween treats of cupcakes, cookies and candy were served and residents had a mummy wrap contest and shared some spooky trivia and jokes! Pumpkin decorating was a favorite amongst the residents, as 13 artists attended and used their creativity to decorate some fun and interesting pumpkins!
Last Thursday, Greens at Logan Field residents attended the 2022 Senior Expo at the Timonium Fairgrounds. The residents had the opportunity to visit over 300 booths and enjoyed entertainment including a live band and line dancing. Vendors had games for attendees to play and the SPCA brought pets to play with!
Park View at Coldspring residents created their own pieces for the community's paint night and are very thankful for their artistic skills! With about 18 residents in attendance, they were invited to paint a creation of their own choice. The resident that was voted as Park View Picasso for best painting, which was selected by the management, received a free ticket to the community's next event called “Winter Wonderland.” The residents were also allowed to keep the smocks and brushes they used.
