Annual HEROES Awards Luncheon

Congratulations HEROES! On Thursday, March 30, Enterprise Residential hosted its 2022 Annual HEROES Award Luncheon at The Westin Annapolis in Annapolis, MD.

More than 300 employees gathered to celebrate residential HEROES. HEROES is an acronym for Helpful, Engaged, Responsive, Outstanding, Excellence and Success. These principles define residential’s property management philosophy and commitment to providing residents with the highest quality living experience.

The ceremony’s atmosphere was filled with joyous positivity as award recipients and colleagues mingled and socialized. A selection of music from the 80s and 90s kept colleagues entertained as they enjoyed delicious foods and desserts, including baked chicken, fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, potato salad, strawberry shortcake, and more!

Before the awards were presented, ECD President Brian McLaughlin and ECD Chief Business Officer Christine Madigan, welcomed colleagues, shared words of encouragement, and expressed their appreciation for everyone’s outstanding performance and dedication to the organization.

As colleagues delivered heartfelt introductions and recipients of our HEROES awards shed a few tears. Award winners were recognized not only for their extraordinary work ethic and achievements but also for their roles as outstanding leaders and heroes in their communities.
