The Park View at Catonsville team organized their first quarterly meeting of the year with Resident Services. 
Residents were excited to discuss a variety of topics related to new policies, procedures and events at the community.
About 50 residents snacked on sandwiches and chips and were eager to discuss community room use and the eating together program. More serious topics included late charges, the smoking lease policy, updated emergency and right to entry forms, community parking and cameras and trash removal.
"The meeting was very informative and residents had a lot of questions," said Property Manager Suzette Wiley.
