Eastern Shore community Somerset Commons recently held a Friendsgiving incentive brunch for community residents that paid their rent early. They received an invitation to attend the catered brunch with games and door prizes.
“My slogan for this property is ‘we will make this complex a community,’” explained Assistant Property Manager Davona McCready.
About 30 residents were in attendance and feasted on a flavorful brunch consisting of pancakes, French toast, sausage, eggs, bacon and an assortment of fresh fruit.
"It was so good to see the residents interacting with each other, introducing themselves to each other and having a kind spirit with one another. We laughed, danced and ate good! It definitely felt like a community and not just an apartment complex," exclaimed McCready! Kudos to McCready and Leasing Consultant Adriana Cloud for hosting the brunch.
