Enterprise Community Development celebrated a stellar year with our holiday party hosted 
at Martin's West in Baltimore. The event was the perfect opportunity to gather with fellow associates for one last time as 2024 comes to an end.
The ballroom was decorated in red, green and white with the perfect touch of gold for the party to set the tone for a magical afternoon. Conversations flowed through the room as associates found their friends and coworkers to greet them before the festivities began.
Lunch consisted of a buffet of grilled chicken marsala, crab cakes, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and salad. The food was delectable, as Martin's West was praised by several Enterprisers for the meal.
Shortly after the food was served, the festivities began. Upon arrival, each attendee was handed a ticket for a raffle prize. Raffle prizes won included a plethora of gift cards and other presents to spread that special holiday cheer. During the ugly sweater contest, one special winner wearing a 
red, green and black striped sweater complete with bells and ornaments and hat with a fully decorated tree won a new smart TV. Special thanks to all the ugly sweater contest participants, as you brought your best to the celebration!
Gifts were also given to those who were brave enough to perform selections including “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,” “Feliz Navidad” and The Temptations version of “Silent Night.” The singing talents of the brave musicians did not disappoint, as they brought their best voices to the party to a close. 
We would like to extend a very special thank you to Martin's West, Senior Learning and Development Manager Melissa Fortson, Learning and Development Specialist Laura Mott and Learning, Development Associate Raj Samaroo and our lovely regional managers for a phenomenal afternoon of holiday excitement.
